Looking for a way to fix the annoying valve rattle present in some of the i30N or i20N rear mufflers but don't want to spend $150 to do it? Here's the solution for you.

If you take your car back to Hyundai, they won't just attempt to replace the valve, they'll instead give you a whole new axle back. This is not just time consuming, but they're also not really fixing the issue with the weak factory springs.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are packaged at our Hornsby workshop. In general, handling times are between 24-48 hours.

We primarily send orders via Australia Post. For heavier/bulkier items that cannot be sent with Australia Post, we use a courier service.

Typically shipping ETAs can be anywhere from 2-5 days from the date of shipping.  The timings are dependant on where you live and the current COVID impacts.

Cherry Tuning and Performance does not generally offer refunds, with the exception of faulty or not fit-for-purpose products. All other returns will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your item has not yet shipped and you have changed your mind, you will still be liable for a 10% cancellation fee to cover website fees, charges, and the time taken to process your refund. This fee can be reduced or waived at the discretion of Cherry Tuning management.

For a returned product to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new/unused, and in its original packaging

No good

Spring has too much tension, valve motor can’t open or close with new spring. Valve Motor keeps making a clicking noise.

The team fitted the exhaust valve in under 10 minutes. It took over and hour for me to get to Cherry Tuning and my goodness was it worth it. They fixed a problem that Hyundai couldn’t. I could not be more happy. Thank you guys
